David was recommended by a friend of mine who I trust and who is in the mortgage industry. David also made significant impact when we met for the first time and he shared how he does business and what he does for his clients. He hit on several points of concern we had... and these were not empty promises. He delivered on every single commitment he made during our initial meeting. Without going into all the details, let me share one of the most impressive experiences. Three days before we were to close, I received a call and a text message from David letting me know that the buyers had backed out of the contract. We were stunned and understandably very upset by this news. Again, without going into detail, there were many issues surrounding the situation that added to the frustration we felt as we were informed that we were starting over 3 days before we were initially set to close. Here is the cool part. David's first move was to try to salvage the initial contract even offering to step in and help the buyers who lived in another town several hours away. When it was determined that there was no possible way to salvage the deal, he immediately went to work helping us focus on moving forward. The house went back on the market and he started calling agents who had previously expressed interest in showing the home. Within less than 24 hours of the house going back on the market, we were under contract again. The house closed on schedule with no issues! We would highly recommend David to anyone selling their home!
